Self-Collection of Parcel:
For self-collection of parcels from the courier office, a charge of Rs 500 (out of the total bill) will be applied in advance. -
Delivery via Pakistan Post:
In the case that delivery is requested via Pakistan Post, 100% of the bill amount will be charged in advance. -
Urgent Delivery:
For urgent delivery requests, 100% of the bill amount will be charged in advance. -
Parcel Receipt:
Customers are liable to receive the ordered package. Refusal of any parcel triggers the policies and details provided in the Terms of Service. -
Delivery Time:
Delivery will be completed within 2-5 working days nationwide. -
Delivery Charges:
The following delivery charges apply based on the order amount:-
Rs 0 - 7999: Delivery charges of Rs 350
